I've got a couple of questions on the hood release cables. 1. How does the hood pull handle mount under the dash? I have 1 hole with (the top one) that looks like there may be a nut welded behind it.

Smokey, Scott said you don't have to pull the little bolts, but I think you do. They hold the drum on the hub when the car was on the production line. You shouldn't have had to pull the hub nut. And
