I must say that I must be very fortunate! I have had no problems with my wheels whatsoever. and I regularly drive at 100+ mph speeds. There doesn't seem to be any unnecessary balancing weight either.

Nope. I'm talking about the vacuum operated switch under the front fender, which controls vacuum to the headlight actuator diaphragm. it switches vacuum and atmosphere between two ports.
