Chuck, I have "Tempil°" sticks and "Thermomelt" sticks starting at 135°F and go up to 475°F in 10°F to 20°F increments. I still use them. YOu can get ones that change "color" in instead of melting

Bob, I use TEMPLE STICKS to check temperatures and have found little difference between the thermostat housing and the metal inlet flange on the top tank.I have never found even 10 degrees difference

Kit, you're right about the spelling. Proceeds is not spelled "proceedes". It has no "e" after the d, at least that's the way it's spelled in the US. Jim

Don, I don't know if the offset is proper but a Minilite alloy spline drive wheel will fit the spline on your Morgan. I'm also not sure they make a 15 inch wheel but you can check with them. I had a
