British Parts North West has some tuftrided hardened lifters that I've had some great success for those low buck guys! Think they were around $60-65 a set. Have 30 plus race hours on 1 cam using them

Cryo treating doesn't harden the metal like Nitriding does - It does change the metal, how you'll have to ask Chuck Gee here on the board. I use Cryo treatment on all my brake parts including the pad
