A good cruising RPM for a 350 is around 3000, a 28 in tire [9.50 x 15] with 3.38 gear with a 1:1 trans is around 2900 at 70 MPH. I prefer the 3.56 for all around performance and gas mileage. Lee -- O

I would remove the regulator, it's probably overdue for a good cleaning and Lee PS I still think you have one of the best looking '54s going. I'm painting mine Torch Red so they won't get mixed up. o
