Thanks Derf, The horn and high-beams mysteriously fixed themselves today. I guess I'll keep and eye on them and see if they stay fixed. This horn has 4 leads going to it, so all of them are positive?

Thanks Derf, I tried putting the old distributor back in which is not set up for the crane ignition and still no spark. Now it looks like I don't have a spark at the coil either. Tried swapping coils

Thanks to everyone who helped me out with this problem. Using a multimeter I was able to figure out what was going on. The wire from the tach to the coil measured at best 4.5 volts with the key on. T

I'm pretty sure that clockwise starting with the #1 terminal the order of the wires on the dizzy should be 1-2-4-3. The order you have below is correct if that is counter-clockwise. Robert _________
