You may be able to modify an old Time Commander from JDS Technologies (jdstechnologies.com). I don't think they manufacturer the Time Commander anymore, however, it is an X-10 based PLC and contains

I'm not so sure I'd go so far as to call them experts. I've gotten 3 sets of tyres from Discount for my A6 and one set for my MGA. The A6 always had at least one with a slow leak, except for the OEM.
