A Polo shirt and a pair of Khaki's is all you need for the Banquet - other than that shorts, Jeans and T shirts is about all you will need. Some guys do wear a sports Jacket but the majority don't.

You are lucky you weren't arrested - it's a federal offense to remove the vin number from a car - although it's done all the time :) I had a similar experience my title showed the slant (/) as a 1 -
