I found the TR6 brake rebuild to be pretty straight forward. The only hitch I found was that I needed some kind of huge allen wrench for the master cylinder. I used a hex head bolt of the right size

It sounds to me like you managed to disloge a peice of rust in one of the metal brake lines and it's now partially blocking the flow of brake fluid. High pressure air to dislodge it?

If it only has 1 wire coming out of it then you have to pay attention to if it's a pisitive ground or negative ground. If it has 2 wires, measure the resistance from the body of the pump to each wire
