Buy a used differential. You probably can't rebuild it yourself and the ring and pinion gears are very expensive. I have bought a used differential from www.thebriton.com at a very reasonable price.

I had the same problem with one of my rebuilt SU's this past spring. I did centre the needle but the jet still would not return all the way once the choke was released. On the advice of my local lbc
