Of 275 rwhp sounds pretty consistent with an FMII or FMIII turbo kit. That is a helluva lot of power for a car that weighs about 2400 lbs or so in its heaviest forms. I gotta get me one! :) Scot '91

Probably because shocks and tires are normal wear items; wheels are not. I don't know about the cheaper part; this would depend on the car. I found a used set of OEM alloys for my '91 Miata for $225.

I could be wrong (don't own a Type R myself), but I think OEM Mazda Millenia wheels are the same size as those for a Type R and easier to find. Scot '91 CS Miata - no trouble finding OEM wheels here!
