Well lets just say i have a 1973 Leyland P76 4.4 litre V8 has been bolted to me 1981 Range Rover gearbox with no adapters and i have just purchased an a C4 auto and transfere case and the bellhousing

I have changed the manifold gastket before. I would recomend that you buy yourfelf some GM SEALER {avaliable from Repco} it's great stuff for gasket sealing on these engines and drys hard. Simon -- O

yes you will need a very deep socket to remove to harmonic ballancer bolt i think it's about 1 1/4" head on the bolt and if the engine is still in the Rangie you will need to cut a notch in the fan.
