Why don't you use duck tape. No one sees it except your tire guy and it works great. Plus, it's cheaper then the bands. Just make sure you put several layers. Jim 69C use to have 72 spoke wires now

I took the Brake MC out of my 70B without removing the Clutch MC. BUT it was a bugger and I had to take all the scrws out of the box for wiggle room. Can't imagine you could do it with the Clutch MC
