Are you saying the street legal VR1 sold at most auto parts stores isn't OK? They put the ZDDP back into the formula and are putting little yellow labels on to promote it. I've had success with it.

I am using the Toyota caliper in a race application. There's a little more area under the pad than stock, but I'm not sure it's a huge improvement. Makes it easier to find calipers and brake pads tho
