A zero deck clearance is usually ideal. That being said, my pistons stand proud of the deck by .015" but my head has barely been shaved (mostly trued more than shaved) and I'm running about 9.0:1CR.

I get about 20mpg, but I have a GP3 cam, triple strombergs and a heavy right foot. :-) Plenty of smiles too. :o) IMHO Standard TR6's should be able to see 26 with some "lazy" driving. Shawn J. Loseke

If you use the RG's springs without spacers, ie... you want the lowered stance, then the camber on the rear will need to be changed. RG has made this easier with his adjustable trailing arm mounts.
