B&M (among others) make the manifold adaptors that let you install the dual sidedrafts. There were plenty of them at the Turkey Rod Run Phil. The spring Daytona car show usually has a few as well -

Not exactly, but VERY similar. Those are 1500 which are a bit different. The angle between the bolt holes and the studs is only about 45 degrees whereas for the correct 1600 parts they are about 90
