this part just showed up on the driveway after i had the 73mgb up on ramps & changed the oil. it's a hard rubber, and scuffed. i also fiddled with a few things here and there.

i had wanted to repair my seat belts on my 73 mgb, so i sent them to they wanted $300+ just to replace the webbing. they would not/could not repair the retractors. i guess i'm going shopping for seat

it's night, and i can't drive the car ;-( in the last few weeks i replaced the ignition coil, dist cap and rotor, and plug wires. i'm sure that is what caused the headlights to quit working! either

thanks for the many answers on the headlights! sorry - it's a 73 B, low mileage, very original. i'll be reporting back in the next couple of weeks as i discover the way back to the light!
