know how you felt!! I had spent months rebuilding my mk3 engine, started it up, and 5 minutes later it had emptied the radiator into the sump!!! my head gasket was the same type as yours.... colin -

Try looking under the dashboard of a Morris Marina (and Ital??) where you will find a joint in as new condition. and it will fit as it is the correct age. that said Marinas are getting a bit thin in
