You are running leaded fuel in USA? I stopped using leaded yunk since 1992 and the engine stays more clean. Clean valves, clean head. The only thing to do is to protect the outlet valve. Chris

I use a 6-pole FIA kill switch. It has an electrical element to protect the alternator. The switch is mounted inside the car, were I can reach it and has an external switch for cut off from out side.

how much torgue do you give your TR4 head nut? I am thinking about that the factory suggestions are too high and will crack the block one day. What about 20% or 30% less torgue? Thanks Chris

I use 80w-90 GL4 gear lube with my TR4 gearbox fitted with A type overdrive. The overdrive clutches have run more than 80000 mls and are still working. So from my point of view this oil is the right
