I would think the optimum would be a short first as it came with the stock gearbox, than a long 2nd and a 3rd that fit's between 4th and 2nd. I have on several tracks the problem, that the 2nd is too

To push it further - plastic panles keep racing cost low. They can be repaired very cheap instead of a metal panel. Really crisp are carbon panles with side impact protection - very light, very solid
