I use rectangular mounts and I filled the chambers in the rubber blocks with window glue to make them more stiff. Additionaly I added a strut from the head to the fender to have less load on the moto

At Weber cars the float arm like to break off from virbration. Flexible mounting should be used.

I would try a 13 or 15 PSI cap. The 13 seems to be better if the water pump has done some miles. As long the cooling system don't force out any water a 13 PSI cap sould be fine. Chris
