When I was racing the rule of thimb was never use an oil cooler that an engine has gone bad one. They get metal shaving in them that cannot be flushed out even though they look clean to the naked eye

Hi Teri, The 302 actually fits pretty well. there isn't enough weight difference to worry about. The frame doesn't need stiffening. the other Ford parts can be modified to fit relatively easily. -- B
