The best thing to do is to have original bumpers straightened and rechromed (I paid $175). Find a GOOD shop first though! Ask your local brit car restoration shop for a recommendation. They come out

Just to clear this up: I had written A-series engine (as in my Sprite). Cory had assumed I referred to the MGA engine which is the B-series engine just like the MGB as Rick correctly states. Ulix __/

I have an earlier radiator (downflow) that is held in with 1/4-20's I think, but your's should definitely not be metric! If the thread is messed up, go and buy a tap and handle and chase the thread.
