Thanks Dave Will check the gear. The speedo has been rebuilt and calibrated. SS list the Mk1 as having a 16 teeth gear the Mk11 as 17 teeth. I have a spare 17 teeth gear which I will try, my rolling

Save yourself all the grief and pain and re-locate the pump into the Alpine spare wheel well, like they did with the Mk11. It's an easy enough job and a lot safer as well. Regards Wally Menke
