The 3:38 is an after market gear set that fits the original rear end carrier sold my most vendors. After you factor in replacing all the bearings, it becomes a very costly project. Maybe 600 or so to

If you do not have a shroud on the radiator the fan will have to sit real close to the radiator to pull air through it. I'm talking a couple inches maybe, not sure how much stock appearance you want

You'd have spotted this while trying to install the wheels as the tie rods should be the same distance from the wheel at any point in the steering curve. My guess is the steering wheel wasn't centere
