I believe CAT sells the valve covers. Of course you have to join CAT but that is not a bad idea. Dave Johnson

Scott, and Tigers, I would NOT remove the baffle in the valve cover, it serves a functional purpose. Or never open the oil filler when the motor is running. There is another solution that is better,
