If anybody knows how to use the TRF snap installation tool, RFT108, I'd sure like to know the trick. I never could figure out how to use it to install the top snaps when the top is already installed

What I do is to mark all of the snap locations with chalk and remove the top to install the snaps with that tool. Be mindful to not scratch the window when you are doing it this way. Otherwise, take
