Due to bad differancial mounts I just got fixed I really havn't driven my 6 in a long time. I got the diff mounts welded and now I'm having a problem with the engine missing and popping under load. T

I agree with Terry that your plug wires could be the cause. My car had an inttermittent miss at highway speeds that defied all attempts to correct. I replaced my wires with a set of Magnacore (sp?)

I agree with others that the plug wires are suspect for missing under load. If however, the miss is independent of load (that it, throttle setting) and instead seems to occur at all throttle setting
