My experience has been that it is a contact problem between the fuse and the fuse holders in the fuse block. Clean the connections in the fuse block and wiggle the fuse around when installed and see

If it turns out that Bill's suggestion is indeed the culpret, I have done an "upgrade" to the stock TR6 fuse holder for several local club members. Corroded fuse connections are common and will keep
