Greg--I used 7 lb. cap for many years on my '73, thinking the lower rate might prolong the heater valve diaphragm life. The "book" does call for a 13 lb. cap, tho. Any autoparts store sells them, and

My '73 has an Edelmann brand, part number ESP-12 radiator cap. It says 14 lbs. on it. Gary '73
