- There was a Cannon Special that ran on the left coast right around 1950. It was shaped rather like a slightly flattened cigar and reportedly ran Ford running gear. I suspect this is the Cannon Mk 1 t

- A guy named cannon built a series of racers in the sixties that are still raced today. As I recall his nephew runs one of them at the Monterey Historics. Big heavy car that looks kind of like a slab-
