- I have to replace the ring and pinion. What ratio is everyone using? With the tracks I run on in the Northeast, I'm inclined to go with a shorter ratio. Still, always looking for other opinions. Reg

- When it comes to rings and pinions all opinions have the ring of truth. Ugh. Can't believe I did that. Pretty much depends on the weight of your car and the revs you're willing to use. I like the 3.9

- I started with 3.7 and now I have a 4.1:1 ratio which fits perfect on all tracks but the Nordschleife needs a 4th+OD to be fine equipped. My car is very heavy with 965 kg and a short rear is better o
