Most Road Course TR3/TR4s do not run them. Those that have have mostly improved their times when disconnected. Joe (A)

At my TR4 I run a 17mm bar at front and a 16,5mm at rear. The rear one is adjustable and makes the balance of the car. So my rear bar is stiffer than the front end. I use 90N/mm front springs...that

As Glen Efinger can tell you, my TR3 had a very small rear sway bar on it for about 2 laps on year. Even with the welded diff it generated massive oversteer and scared the ^&*( out of me.

The choice of swaybar or no swaybar is really associated with where the roll center is. If you have a high roll center then you might not need one, if it's low then you probably do. In solid axle car
