I'm trying to figure out what TR a particular transmission came from. I believe it's a TR4, hence full syncro, but need to verify that it is. It has the number CT4033 is stamped into the boss on the

Easier, IMO, to look for the large circular bulge on the side. The crash box doesn't have it. That would make it early TR4, like 1962. It's a weaker case than the later boxes, somewhat prone to crac
