So I'm putting together a stocker TR3 (long story) and I get to the rear springs, and realize I don't know whether the arch goes up or down. The Moss catalog says up, the shop manual doesn't say. Pey

For a stock spring, the eyes are above the main leaf. The spring is nearly flat, so may arch up or down depending on state of sag and load applied. New unloaded springs arch down slightly, ISTR the

The other drawing in the factory manual also shows the "laden" shape, with the arch upwards. Randall
