Jim...I say leave the harness in....unless you're going to make it road racer..The reason is: when the time comes to sell the car, it will have all of the necessary wiring for the street. RB -- Origi

I don't know if this would work for you, but what I did on my TR6 racecar was take a decent harness and laid it on a bench and removed the wrapping. I then proceeded to remove the unwanted wires and
