Funny, I run lots of toe in. The only thing with the toe out is that the full load is always on the smaller outside roller bearing and that it might wear out quicker from this. Brake: I would suppose

The suspension checked out fine, nothing out of the ordinary and yes I run the stock calipers. The bias is set to 60 -B 65% front. The soft pedal was determined to be the front circuit but using a h

Bob Kramer is correct on many points. I was discussing this Saturday night at the track with some folks who are close to the people in the Spec Sprite/FP Spridget group. Roger was the real catalyst f

Sounds like the calipers didn't back off properly and overheated the pads. Jack had that issue with the stock calipers, and had heat crazing on the pad and rotor. I have a really hard time understand

Sounds like your spindles might not be adjusted properly, or you didn't get the brakes bedded. _______________________________________________ Support Team.Net http://www.team.net/donate.html http://

The masters and calipers are rebuilt with only two races on them prior to this past weekend. jg Micheal, I suspect the alignment caused the rotor & pad damage but I still can't get the brakes to ble

It's always possible to get a bubble somewhere that just won't let go. Motorcycle brakes are infamous for this because of the small system volume, and we had very complex methods for bleeding. One of

Incidentally, no way that alignment caused the problem unless your spindles are set up improperly. Even then it would just knock back your pads and give you more brake pedal travel. _________________

The pedal may get a bit better, but it's all relative. I've lost brake cooling from things like an abraded duct hose and you can almost quantify the temperature rise by the greater volume of burnt, b
