Dorman "166" wheel studs are what everyone pushes as "fitting a TR7". Correct knurl diameter... but they have a mushroom head, not countersunk. That's my other option, run a set of them on the lathe

Cut off the end of the nuts with a angle grinder--it's just a tin cap. Hi, you might try JEGS 800 345-4545, or any of the other Hi Perf places. JEGS has ARP and MOROSO lugs in various sizes. $3or so
