After the first race following a rebuild (switch from non-synthetic to synthetic), then at the end of the season (drain it before the next rebuild). I rebuild each season whether it needs it or not.

After each and every engine failure, without exception! Just kidding. Every race if I ran the complete weekend, every session. If I miss a few sessions or it is a short schedule, I'll go 2 weekends.
