Looking at that post - It looks like they had them cut the axle for the c-clip for the stock hub setup- I may be wrong, but if so then that is going to be a weak spot no matter how strong the axle-

My Spitfire axles were built about 4 years agoby Joe Siam in Southern Calif..I believe he used Nissan ..They are all 1 piece from the hub, (as I surmise most of the comp axle setups are?)..They have
