- Jeff, buy some header gasket material. You can get this at a speed shop. Trace your OE gaskets on this and head for the Exacto knife. Header gasket material is thicker and also has some give.this all

- Yep - I've got them. Im having them made specially for us by a major gasket company . Compacted graphite, 1/8" thick, compresses to half the thickness, good for 2000 deg F. Shape slightly modified to
