Dan, I bought TRF's tubular headers years ago and HATE them. Shoddy workmanship, leaky welds, flange thickness half that of the intake (as you noted), gross mounting hole mismatches, the list goes on

I bought a set of headers from Ken at BFE in 98, and it and my (reinforced) intake manifold have been trouble free since. The headers fit great, requiring no diddling to install. The (long runner) in
