They are not inner tubes in the traditional sense. They are an inner tire. The have two places where the tires seat against the rim and two valve stems. They run like 20 psi higher in the inner tire

The only time I have found it is beneficial to run tubes in tires is if you run solo II. It helps to keep the heat in the tires between runs. I found this out when I started running the Pro Solo seri
