All batteies are charged the same way. The battery itself determines where the respective charge leads attach. Plus to plus, Neg to Neg. The battery does not know how it is being used. Ken Mason -- r

First note there are no 'positive ground' batteries, only positive ground cars (e.g. Austin-Healeys). The 'grounding' of the car is determined by which battery terminal is connected to the chassis (

When charging a battery with a battery charger you will connect the RED to the Positive + side and the BLACK to the Negative - side of the battery The polarity to the car will not matter when hooking
