I made mine from 1/8" mahogany Door skin material, 13 years ago, I also painted the panels before gluing on the vinyl. If you go to this web address it shows 2 pictures of the panel. http://home.gold

The main door panels on your BJ7 are one of the few models that don't have stitching involved on the panel. Therefore it wouldn't be all that difficult to make up the main panels and cover them with
