- First we had a great time in Vermont. I did find a "new" car problem. In the gymkhana, as I braked for the turns at the end of the straight-a-ways the transmission would pop out of second gear. Comp

- My '60 BT7 also pops out of second gear on deceleration. Second gear only, I think (I haven't driven it in a while). I've heard it's probably a worn synchronizer. True? What can be done about this in

- The second gear synchronizer is built into first gear. Moss lists it as part number 329-527. You may also need to replace second gear if the teeth which mesh with the synchronizer are worn. Second ge
