- As I was comparing the MGA to the Healey the other day I was looking at the similarities between the 2 vehicles. One thing that was interesting was that MG used plastic (non corrosive) fender beading

- You have to remember that the shroud and the fender will still be connected by the metal bolt - the paint layer will begin giving up under the washers! What you propose would perhaps slow things dow
