I have been a long time lurker and benefited greatly from the list wisdom. I have a question about the use of foam injection to stiffen the chasis members by injecting a polyurethane foam into them.

My gut feel says you will get the opposite result with this stuff. It will trap moisture in your frame rails which are bare metal on the inside straight from the factory. Therefore you need this are

Hi Tom, I don't know about the stiffening part. Just my opinion, but, anything injected into a closed frame member would have to make a perfect bond/seal to keep water out. Otherwise, it would simply
