Looks to be an original emblem, but where would the "Austin-Healey Motor Works" be located? There was the Healey works at the Cape and the BMC "works" at Longbridge and Abingdon. Most likely a dealer emblem, factory emblems were VERY OFTEN replaced with dealer emblems in the 1960's and 1970's in the US.
