I'd use it without hesitation. Works for me over here anyhow. I'd probably "cut" it with some fresh stuff before starting up and fill up with fresh ASAP thereafter. Simon. When is gas too old to use?

I googled old gasoline disposal and most of the hits say to filter the gas through two layers of thin cloth or a coffee filter to remove solids or semisolids. Throw the filter in the trash after it

Living in Hong Kong I drive my car in California (the BN1) only sporadically (usually 6 months between runs). I do make a point to use gas preservative so that probably helps, but my feeling is that

Remove the gas, mix it half and half with new gas and use it in the old lawnmower. Put only the good stuff in the car. I have about 3 gallons of the foulest 20 year old gas from my current project.
